鱼雷罐内加废钢对耐材影响分析

对某钢厂 25#鱼雷罐的耐材渣样进行分析,结果表明:25#鱼雷罐罐内残留渣成分与高炉渣成分相差较大,尤其MnO含量较高.通过扫描电镜分析可知,MnO、CaO等对铝碳化硅炭砖的骨料和基质熔损较大.25#鱼雷罐锥体出坑与此罐运转过程中,罐内局部渣铁成分发生巨大变化,其对铝碳化硅炭砖熔损较快,导致局部出坑.
The resistant material slag sample of 25#torpedo tank in a steel plant was analyzed.The results show that the re-sidual slag composition of 25#torpedo tank is quite different from that of blast-furnace slag,especially the MnO content is higher.By SEM analysis,it can be seen that MnO and CaO have greater melting loss to the aggregate and matrix of AlSIC carbon brick.During the pitting of the 25#torpedo tank cone and the operation of the tank,the local slag iron composition in the tank changes greatly,which melts the aluminum-silicon carbide carbon brick faster,resulting in local pitting.
