摘要
某厂在面临自产焦不足,外购焦炭种类繁多、原燃料质量持续下滑的情况下,从生产条件、铁水硅硫负荷控制、入炉原料质量管理以及高炉炉内操作管理等方面着手,改善高炉炉况稳定情况,提升铁水质量,实现高炉铁水合格率提升 11%以上.
Abstract
Under the circumstances of insufficient self-produced coke,wide variety of purchased coke,and continuous de-cline of raw fuel quality,a factory should improve the stable condition of blast furnaces from the aspects of production con-ditions,silicon and sulfur load control of molten iron,quality management of raw materials and operation management in blast furnaces.The quality of hot metal was improved,and the qualified rate of hot metal in blast furnace was increased by more than 11%.
