Increasing the iron content of blast furnace main iron is conducive to reducing the number of iron discharge in i-ron gully,reducing labor intensity and the influence on iron ladle,and reducing the frequency of iron gate switching is con-ducive to the stability of blast furnace production.The main iron flow of 7#blast furnace in Shaosteel is low,of which the average iron flow of the main iron ditch of the blast furnace in 2019-2020 is only 100,000 t.It is found that the main steel shell deformation of the main iron channel,the construction process of the main iron channel pouring and the operation method before the baking and reconditioning furnace are the main factors affecting the quantity of main iron channel through investigation.Improvement measures are implemented to address the above influencing factors.In 2021,the average iron flow in the main iron channel of the blast furnace will reach 130,000 tons,and the iron flow in the main iron communica-tion will increase by 30%.
