摘要
某炼铁厂 1#高炉某阶段燃料消耗持续升高,同时炉况也有所波动,从入炉原料及基本操作制度入手,制定相应的措施,取得了良好的效果.1#高炉燃料消耗由 519.25 kg/t逐步降低至 499.76 kg/t.
Abstract
The fuel consumption of 1#blast furnace in an ironmaking plant continues to rise in a certain stage,while the furnace condition also fluctuates.Starting from the raw materials and the basic operation system,the corresponding measures are formulated and good results have been achieved.The fuel consumption of blast furnace 1#was gradually reduced from 519.25 kg/t to 499.76 kg/t.
