以高碳钢为对象,研究 60t钢包使用不同材质耐火材料对高碳钢夹杂物的影响,并对数据进行统计分析,寻求钢包材质优化措施,通过优化钢包材质和工艺,提升精炼钢水夹杂物控制水平,提高钢水洁净度,为品种钢质量提升和后续钢种开发奠定良好条件.
Taking high carbon steel as the object,the influence of different refractory materials on the inclusion of high car-bon steel in 60 t ladle was studied,and the data were statistically analyzed to seek the optimization measures of ladle mate-rial.By optimizing the ladle material and process,the control level of inclusions in refined molten steel was improved,and the cleanliness of molten steel was improved,which laid a good condition for the quality improvement of steel varieties and the subsequent development of steel grades.
