铅铋合金中铅铋分离制备草酸铅工艺研究

摘要
针对铅铋在熔炼、吹炼过程极易形成互溶相,难分离,导致产出的铅铋合金堆存或低价外售.通过冷水喷射冲散金属液进行制粒-氧化酸浸回收铅铋的湿法分离工艺,并在浸出液中加入草酸制备草酸铅,优化了影响铅铋浸出率的主要因素,反应温度 80~90℃,反应时间120 min,搅拌速率250 r/min,醋酸初始浓度500 g/L时,Pb、Bi的浸出率分别达到了 96%、93%,按理论量加入草酸制备的草酸铅产品纯度达到了 99.3%,实现了铅铋合金湿法回收.
Abstract
In the smelting and blowing process of lead bismuth,miscible phase is easily formed and difficult to be separa-ted,which leads to the accumulation of the produced lead bismuth alloy or low price for export.The wet separation process of pelletizing and oxidizing acid leaching for recovery of lead and bismuth was carried out by spraying metal liquid with cold water,and oxalic acid was added to the leaching solution to prepare lead oxalate.The main factors affecting the leaching rate of lead and bismuth were optimized.The reaction temperature was 80~90℃,the reaction time was 120 min,the stir-ring rate was 250 r/min,and the initial concentration of acetic acid was 500 g/L.The leaching rates of Pb and Bi reached 96%and 93%respectively,and the purity of lead oxalate product prepared by adding oxalic acid in theoretical amount reached 99.3%,and the wet recovery of lead bismuth alloy was realized.
