通过对 240 kA铝电解槽全石墨阴极改造实践进行全程跟踪分析,多角度对铝电解槽阴极全石墨的组装、大修、焙烧、启动和后期管理生产过程优化,获得全石墨化阴极在 240 kA系列改造后取得了良好的效果,实践证实了全石墨阴极在铝电解生产中能起到积极的作用,给电解槽的平稳运行创造了条件,实现铝电解槽低电压的平稳运行技术,提高铝电解槽电流效率和原铝纯度,为电解铝低能耗生产提供了一个重要技术支持.
Through the whole-process tracking and analysis of the transformation practice of the all-graphite cathode of the 240 kA aluminum electrolytic cell,this paper optimizes the production process of the assembly,overhaul,roasting,start-up and post-management of the all-graphite cathode of the aluminum electrolytic cell from multiple angles.The practice has proved that the all-graphite cathode can play a positive role in the production of aluminum electrolysis,creating conditions for the smooth operation of the electrolytic cell,realizing the smooth operation technology of the aluminum electrolytic cell with low voltage,improving the current efficiency of the aluminum electrolytic cell and the purity of the primary aluminum.It provides an important technical support for low energy consumption production of electrolytic aluminum.
