摘要

采用金相显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜和扫描电镜对MJD-AlTi5B1A、MJD-AlTi5B1B、MJD-AlTi5B1C 和SH-AlTi5B1A铝合金晶粒细化剂中TiB2 的分布进行了对比研究.研究表明:MJD-AlTi5B1A和SH-AlTi5B1A晶粒细化剂中TiB2 粒子分布较为分散,粒子细小;MJD-AlTi5B1B晶粒细化剂局部组织不均匀;MJD-AlTi5B1C晶粒细化剂TiB2 粒子分布轻微团聚.

Abstract

The distribution of TiB2 in grain refiners of MGD-AlTi5B1A,MGD-AlTi5B1b,MGD-AltT5B1c and SH-AlTi5B1A aluminum alloys was studied by metallographic microscopy,laser confocal microscopy and scanning electron mi-croscopy.The results show that the distribution of TiB2 particles in the grain refiners MLD-AlTi5B1A and SH-AlTi5B1A is relatively dispersed and the particles are small.The local microstructure of MGD-AlTi5B1B grain refiner is not uniform.The particle distribution of MGD-AlTi5B1C grain refiner TiB2 is slightly agglomerated.
