金属矿山假底下高强度采出矿技术实践与应用

小铁山矿是一座含Cu、Pb、Zn、Au、Ag等多种金属的大中型矿山,开采采用上向巷道式尾沙胶结充填采矿法.在采矿转段过程中,阶段底柱假底下最后一分层的矿石量占到分段矿量的30%以上,且属难采矿体.在采出矿工作中存在施工难度大、安全风险高、贫化、损失率大等问题.为解决该问题,根据小铁山多年生产经验及参照国内同类矿山,提出阶段底柱假底下小断面进路回采方案.实践证明此方法切实、可行,并取得良好的经济效益,对同类矿山也具有一定的借鉴意义.
Xiaotieshan Mine is a large and medium-sized mine containing many metals such as Cu,Pb,Zn,Au and Ag.The mining method of upward drift tailing sand consolidation and filling is adopted.In the process of mining transition,the ore amount in the last layer under the bottom pillar of the stage accounts for more than 30%of the ore amount in the stage,and it belongs to the difficult mining body.In the mining work,there are many problems such as difficult construction,high safety risk,depletion and loss rate.In order to solve the problem,according to the production experience of Xiaotieshan for many years and referring to the similar mines in China,put forward the proposed stoping scheme of small section under the stage bottom pillar.Practice has proved that this method is practical,feasible,and has obtained good economic benefits,and has certain reference significance for similar mines.
