摘要

以新疆某磁铁矿为研究区域开展磁性物成分测定及可选性评价研究.先称取磁铁矿样品0.5 g,将其混合均匀后转移至磁选管中磁选,对得到的磁性部分进行反复磁选,从而将铁矿磁中的磁性物质成分成功分离出,最后测定磁铁矿中磁性物成分.选取的四个区域Fe回收率均>90%,根据磁铁矿可选性评定标准该磁铁矿可选性好.

Abstract

A magnetite in Xinjiang Province was used as a research area to determine the composition of magnetic materials and evaluate their selectibility.First weigh 0.5 g magnetite sample,mix it evenly and transfer it to the magnetic separation tube,repeat magnetic separation of the magnetic part obtained,so as to successfully separate the magnetic substance com-position in the iron ore magnet,and finally determine the magnetic substance composition in the magnetite.The Fe recovery rate of the four selected areas is more than 90%,and the magnetite has good selectivity according to the evaluation standard of magnetite selectivity.
