摘要

目前国内烧结生产的主流工艺为厚料层烧结,对烧结矿产质量指标改善、降低能耗和减少CO2的排放有着显著的作用.酒钢3#烧结机也在积极探索厚料层烧结工艺,最终通过一系列工艺改进将酒钢3#烧结机料层高度从720 mm提高至860 mm,料层高度提高后烧结矿转鼓强度提高7.08%,返矿率降低了 0.53%,利用系数提高至1.55 t/(m2·h)以上,固体燃耗降低至57.64 kg/t.

Abstract

At present,the main process of sintering production in China is thick layer sintering,which plays a significant role in improving the quality index of sintered minerals,reducing energy consumption and reducing CO2 emissions.Finally,through a series of process improvements,the material layer height of the 3# sintering machine was increased from 720 mm to 860 mm.After the material layer height was increased,the sinter drum strength was increased by 7.08%,the ore return rate was reduced by 0.53%,and the utilization coefficient was increased to more than 1.55 t/(m2·h),solid burn-up was reduced to 57.64 kg/t.
