摘要

总结分析了 2#高炉提高煤比的措施.通过采取稳定炉料结构、持续改善原燃料质量、碱金属、锌的控制和合理的高炉基本制度等措施,煤比大幅提升,2023年5月、6月煤比均达到170 kg/t·Fe.

Abstract

The measures to increase the coal ratio of 2# blast furnace are summarized and analyzed.By taking measures such as stabilizing the structure of the charge,continuously improving the quality of the raw fuel,controlling alkali metals and zinc,and reasonable basic system of blast furnace,the coal ratio has been greatly improved,and the coal ratio has reached 170 kg/t·Fe in May and June 2023.
