Yusteel blast furnace has no own iron ore resources,all the production materials need to be purchased,the ma-terial price is high,the quality is unstable,restricting the stability of the blast furnace condition and the cost reduction.In order to effectively reduce the cost of molten iron,adhering to the premise of long-term stable and smooth behavior of blast furnaces,guided by the optimal cost of molten iron,reasonable and effective use of low-cost lump ore resources,actively promote economic batting,take advantage of the price difference between pellets and pellets,explore to improve the propor-tion of lump ore,reduce the use of pellets,and achieve the cost reduction of molten iron.
