摘要

近年来,受国际经济贸易和国内市场供需不平衡等因素影响,钢铁行业也随之发生新变化,正处于深度调整期.钢材产能过剩、环保压力、竞争激烈等一系列不利因素使企业处于转型升级"阵痛期",钢铁行业面临严峻的生产经营形势.在这样大环境下,降本增效无疑成为企业立足的根本.榆钢高炉通过放宽入炉有害元素控制标准、提升块矿配比、优化焦炭结构、优化配煤结构等经济配料措施,以及强化原燃料筛分管理、优化炉内"四大制度"控制、炉前出铁组织优化等精细化操作管控,实现了炉况稳定顺行,大幅度降低了铁水成本.

Abstract

In recent years,affected by factors such as international economic trade and the imbalance between supply and demand in the domestic market,the steel industry has also undergone new changes and is in a period of deep adjustment.Steel overcapacity,environmental pressure,fierce competition and a series of adverse factors make enterprises in the trans-formation and upgrading of the"pain period",the steel industry is facing a severe production and operation situation.In this environment,reducing costs and increasing efficiency have undoubtedly become the fundamental basis for enterprises.By relaxing the control standard of harmful elements in the furnace,increasing the proportion of block ore,optimizing the coke structure,optimizing the coal mixing structure and other economic dosing measures,as well as strengthening the screening management of raw fuel,optimizing the control of the"four systems"in the furnace,optimizing the iron organiza-tion in front of the furnace and other fine operation control,the furnace condition has been stable and the cost of hot metal has been greatly reduced.
