针对高炉在出铁作业过程中阶段性出现的不均匀、不稳定现象,从收集到的铁量差、出铁量、出渣量、炉温、物理热、出铁时间、下渣时间等参数入手分析原因,并制定和实施了对应的治理措施,取得良好的效果.
Abstract
In view of the uneven and unstable phenomenon in the process of blast furnace iron production,the reasons were analyzed from the parameters of collected iron difference,iron production,slag production,furnace temperature,physical heat,iron production time,slag production time,etc.,and the corresponding treatment measures were formulated and im-plemented,and good results were obtained.
