摘要

对180 mm×240 mm断面结晶器电磁搅拌器的磁力矩进行测量与分析,确定了该方型结晶器电磁搅拌的优选频率为3.5 Hz.在S45C钢种上进行3.5 Hz频率下不同电流强度下的结晶器电磁搅拌变参数试验.通过对中心碳偏析和铸坯特定位置夹杂物大小数量的统计分析,确定了 180 mm×240 mm方型结晶器电磁搅拌的优选参数为280 A、3.5 Hz,此参数状态下,可充分发挥结晶器电磁搅拌的优势,改善铸坯质量,同时还可避免较大夹杂物的卷入.

Abstract

The magnetic torque of electromagnetic stirrer in 180 mm×240 mm mold was measured and analyzed,and the preferred frequency of electromagnetic stirring in the square mold was determined to be 3.5 Hz.The experimental results show that the optimal parameters of electromagnetic stirring in 180 mm×240 mm square mould are 280 A and 3.5 Hz by sta-tistical analysis of the central carbon segregation and the size and quantity of inclusions at specific positions of the billet.Under the condition of this parameter,the advantages of electromagnetic stirring of mold can be fully utilized,the quality of casting billet can be improved,and the involvement of large inclusions can be avoided.
