摘要

通过对某公司的硫酸镍溶液的试验研究,采用P204做萃取剂进行液-液萃取分离Fe3+、Zn2+和Ni2+的试验,Fe3+萃取率>85%,反萃率达到90%;Zn2+萃取率93%,反萃率在90%以上;Ni2+基本不被萃取,回收率可达98%以上.通过对硫酸和盐酸的反萃小试结果对比,用P204做萃取剂盐酸反萃的三级连续萃取试验Fe3+和Zn2+的反萃率均>98%.

Abstract

Through the experimental study of nickel sulfate solution of a company,the liquid-liquid extraction of Fe3+,Zn2+and Ni2+ was carried out by using P204 as extractor.The extraction rate of Fe3+ was more than 85%,and the extraction rate reached 90%.The extraction rate of Zn2+ can be 93%,the reverse extraction rate is more than 90%,Ni2+ is basically not extracted,and the recovery rate can reach more than 98%.By comparing the results of the back-extraction test of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid,the three-stage continuous extraction test using P204 as extractant for back-extraction of Fe and Zn was more than 98%.
