摘要
利用直读光谱仪、场发射扫描电镜、光学金相显微镜、电子探针对JS600索氏体不锈钢板带冷弯裂断试样的化学成分、断口形貌、非金属夹杂物、金相组织、微区成分进行观察和分析.结果表明:由第二类回火脆性导致微观组织晶界处存在链状析出相是JS600索氏体不锈钢板带冷弯裂断产生的主要原因,同时提出了热处理工艺改进措施避免出现冷弯裂断现象.
Abstract
The chemical composition,fracture morphology,nonmetallic inclusions,metallographic structure and microcom-ponent of JS600 sostenitic stainless steel strip cold bending fracture samples were observed and analyzed by direct reading spectrometer,field emission scanning electron microscope,optical metallographic microscope and electron probe.The re-sults show that the main reason for the cold bending fracture of JS600 sostenitic stainless steel strip is the presence of chain precipitated phase at the grain boundary of microstructure caused by the second type of temper brittleness.At the same time,the improvement measures of heat treatment process are put forward to avoid the phenomenon of cold bending and cracking.
