Analysis and Optimization of Beneficiation Process Flow of Jingtieshan Mine in Jiusteel
Jingtieshan iron ore in Jiusteel is a typical complex refractory iron oxide ore with low Fe grade,many iron spe-cies and complex symbiotic relationship.Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current beneficiation process of Jingtieshan block ore and powder ore,the improvement suggestions are put forward.To study the feasibility of pre-extraction by reselecting.Considering the factors such as mineral properties,equipment and process in use,concentrate index and processing capacity,it is recommended to add gravity preconcentration to the existing process flow of block ore,cancel the strong magnetic process of fine ore,and use the combined process flow of dry grinding → dry preconcentration→ suspended magnetization roasting → magnetic separation→ gravity separation→ reverse flotation,so as to achieve the purpose of improving concentrate index and optimizing process flow.
