Experimental Study on Zn Reduction and Comprehensive Recovery of Associated Au and Ag in Lead Concentrate of a Lead-Zinc Mine
With the development of mining area, the ore grade and properties of a lead-zinc mine in Qinghai Province have changed. The recovery rate of Au,Ag and other precious metals associated with the raw ore is low,and the content of Zn in lead concentrate has increased, which affects the recovery rate of Zn.Therefore,on the basis of the field process and condi-tions,a small experimental study was carried out.A22,an efficient gold and silver collector, and T27,a new zinc mineral inhibitor, were used in the experiment. The recovery rate of Au and Ag was increased, and the Zn content in lead concen-trate was decreased, which stabilized the index. The closed-circuit test results showed that the Au recovery rate increased by 9.76 percentage points, the Ag recovery rate increased by 8.97 percentage points, and the Zn content in lead concentrate decreased by 0.99 percentage points.
