酒钢本部高炉后续将长期面临 70%以上烧结矿配比,降低碱度控制标准将造成烧结矿冶金性能下降,通过开展对综合炉料结构冶金性能研究,寻找不同炉料搭配使用时冶金性能的变化规律,为合理高炉炉料结构提供技术支撑.
The main blast furnace of Jiusteel will face more than 70%sinter ratio for a long time,and the reduction of alka-linity control standard will cause the decline of sinter metallurgical performance.Through carrying out the research on the metallurgical performance of comprehensive charge structure,the change law of metallurgical performance when different charges are used together is found to provide technical support for reasonable blast furnace charge structure.
