酒钢4#高炉冷却壁破损原因分析及对策

酒钢 4#高炉中修开炉运行仅 1a后出现炉腹、炉腰、炉身下部冷却壁大量破损,已影响到高炉的操作及生产稳定.结合 4#高炉中修后的生产实际状况,并与 3#高炉对比,分析冷却壁破损的原因,并提出相应对策,为缓解炉身冷却壁损坏改善高炉运行提供依据.
After only one year of operation,a large number of damage occurred in the furnace belly,waist and lower cool-ing wall of 4#blast furnace in Jiusteel,which has affected the operation and production stability of the blast furnace.Based on the actual production condition of 4#blast furnace after repair,and compared with 3#blast furnace,the causes of cool-ing wall damage are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward,aiming at providing basis for alleviating the damage of cooling wall of furnace body and improving the operation of blast furnace.
