提钒转炉耐材损毁原因及炉衬维护探讨

Discussion on the Cause of Damage of Resistant Material and the Maintenance of Lining of Converter for Extracting Vanadium

基于钒渣与钢渣不同性质及物相分析的基础上,提出钒渣的温度、粘度、碱度、CaO及MgO含量与钢渣存在着较大差异,炼钢转炉炉衬维护技术不能完全应用于提钒转炉.分析了提钒转炉炉衬耐材损毁的主要影响因素,提钒转炉的冶炼工艺、冶炼周期、所处的工作环境、形成的炉渣成分及物相组成与炼钢转炉有较大差异,指出提钒转炉炉衬耐材维护应根据其损毁原因及结合钒渣的特性,采用综合砌炉、渣补及改质钒渣后的溅渣护炉技术,可大幅提高提钒转炉炉衬寿命.
Based on the different properties and phase analysis of vanadium slag and steel slag,it was suggested that the temperature,viscosity,basicity,CaO and MgO contents of vanadium slag were quite different from those of steel slag,and the lining maintenance technology of steel converter could not be completely applied to vanadium extraction converter.The main factors affecting the damage of lining resistant material of vanadium converter are analyzed.The smelting process,smelting cycle,working environment,slag composition and phase composition of vanadium converter are quite different from those of steel converter.It is pointed out that the maintenance of the lining of vanadium converter should be based on the damage causes and the characteristics of vanadium slag,and the technology of splash-slag protection after comprehensive building,slag repair and modification of vanadium slag can greatly improve the lining life of vanadium converter.
