This paper investigates the removal of As,Sb,and Bi impurity ions from copper electrolyte,and investigates the effect of Na2SO3 dropwise concentration on AsH3 overflow from copper electrolyte,as well as the effects of temperature,time,and other factors on As and Sb plasma removal.The results show that when the dropwise concentration of Na2SO3 is 0.75 g/L,the reaction temperature is 65℃,and the reaction time is 120 minutes,The concentration of As5+ions in copper electrolyte decreased from 11.35 g/L to 10.68 g/L,indicating that As3+and Sb5+formed precipitated anode mud,effectively reducing arsenic and antimony impurity ions.
