Study on the Effect of Sodium Sulfite on the Removal of As and Sb Impurity Ions from Copper Electrolyte

以铜电解液为原料进行As、Sb、Bi杂质离子脱除试验的研究,考察了Na2SO3的滴加浓度对铜电解液AsH3放出的影响,以及温度、时间等对As、Sb等离子脱除的影响.结果表明:Na2SO3的滴加浓度为0.75 g/L、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为120 min时,As5+浓度在铜电解液中的存在量从11.35 g/L下降到10.68 g/L,说明As3+与Sb5+形成了沉淀阳极泥,有效减少了As、Sb杂质离子.
This paper investigates the removal of As,Sb,and Bi impurity ions from copper electrolyte,and investigates the effect of Na2SO3 dropwise concentration on AsH3 overflow from copper electrolyte,as well as the effects of temperature,time,and other factors on As and Sb plasma removal.The results show that when the dropwise concentration of Na2SO3 is 0.75 g/L,the reaction temperature is 65℃,and the reaction time is 120 minutes,The concentration of As5+ions in copper electrolyte decreased from 11.35 g/L to 10.68 g/L,indicating that As3+and Sb5+formed precipitated anode mud,effectively reducing arsenic and antimony impurity ions.
