从锑烟灰中分离锑、银的试验研究

摘要
某铜冶炼厂以锑烟灰为研究对象,通过元素分析得出该烟灰中含Sb 25.78%、Ag 4.63%,烟灰中Sb、Ag含量较高,有很好的回收价值.采用火、湿法联合冶炼工艺进行元素分离,浸液中 Sb 回收率 86.09%、Ag 回收率90.54%,浸渣中Pb富集至 30.25%.
Abstract
A copper smelter took antimony ash as the research object,and the content of Sb 25.78%and Ag 4.63%in the ash was analyzed by elemental analysis.The high content of Sb and Ag in soot has good recovery value.The combination of fire and wet smelting process is used to separate elements,the recovery of Sb and Ag in leaching solution was 86.09%and 90.54%respectively,and Pb in leaching residue was enriched to 30.25%.
