摘要
浅析了铝电解槽能耗降低途径,综合考虑影响铝电解能耗的多种因素,在 500 kA铝电解槽上开展了工艺优化试验,通过控制系统参数进准设置,Al2O3 浓度、铝水平、分子比、过热度等工艺技术条件优化,使控制系统参数与铝电解槽技术条件高度匹配,实现铝电解槽电流效率提升、平均电压降低、铝液综合交流电耗大幅降低.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the way to reduce the energy consumption of aluminum electrolytic cell,and comprehensive-ly considers the various factors affecting the energy consumption of aluminum electrolysis,and carries out the process opti-mization test on the 500 kA aluminum electrolytic cell.Through the control system parameter qualification setting,the opti-mization of the process technical conditions such as Al2O3 concentration,aluminum level,molecular ratio and superheat,the control system parameters are highly matched with the technical conditions of aluminum electrolytic cell.The current ef-ficiency of aluminum electrolytic cell is improved,the average voltage is reduced,and the comprehensive AC power con-sumption of aluminum liquid is greatly reduced.
