树脂吸附法提取镓的解吸试验研究

针对树脂吸附法提取镓的解吸问题,考察不同解吸剂类型、液固比、解吸剂浓度、解吸时间、解吸温度对Ga、Al、V解吸的影响.研究结果表明:盐酸是最优的解吸剂,盐酸浓度过高或过低均会降低Ga的解吸效率,盐酸浓度控制在 1 mol/L时Ga可以被完全解吸,此时Al、V的解吸率较低.温度对Ga、Al的解吸影响不大,对V的影响较大,温度越高V的解吸效果越好.综合考虑选取 1 mol/L盐酸与LSC-600 树脂以液固比 10∶1 混合,在 25℃温度下,解吸 20 min即可实现Ga的完全解吸,此时Al的解吸率低于 13%,V的解吸率基本为 0.
In view of the desorption of gallium by resin adsorption,the effects of different desorption types,liquid-solid ra-tio,desorption concentration,desorption time and desorption temperature on the desorption of Ga,Al,V were investigated.The results show that hydrochloric acid is the best desorption agent,and the desorption efficiency of Ga will be reduced if the concentration of hydrochloric acid is too high or too low.Ga can be completely desorbed when the concentration of hy-drochloric acid is controlled at 1 mol/L,and the desorption rates of Al,V are low.Temperature has little effect on the de-sorption of Ga,Al,but has great effect on V.The higher the temperature is,the better the desorption effect of V is.After comprehensive consideration,1 mol/L hydrochloric acid was mixed with LSC-600 resin at a liquid-solid ratio of 10∶1,and the complete desorption of Ga could be achieved after 20 min desorption at 25℃.At this time,the desorption rate of Al was lower than 13%,and the desorption rate of V was basically 0.
