摘要
根据汽油机EGR冷却器工况特性和对材料的要求,开发出适应复杂环境下性能优良、成本低廉的超纯铁素体不锈钢材料J444E钢.通过对 200~630℃、900~1 050℃中高温力学性能及 900~1 050℃不同温度下 100~500 h不同时间及 900℃钎焊前后高温氧化性能和氧化层的试验研究和分析,表明该材料在工况环境下具有良好的力学和抗氧化性能.
Abstract
According to the working characteristics and material requirements of EGR coolers of gasoline engines,the ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel J444E steel with excellent performance and low cost is developed.Through the experimental re-search and analysis of the mechanical properties of 200~630℃,900~1 050℃and the high temperature oxidation proper-ties and oxide layers of 100~500 h at different temperatures of 900~1 050℃and before and after brazing at 900℃,the results show that the material has good mechanical and antioxidant properties under working conditions.
