钛含量对443超纯铁素体不锈钢凝固组织的影响

摘要
通过真空感应炉浇注不同钛含量的443 超纯铁素体不锈钢铸锭,并分析研究不同钛含量对443 超纯铁素体不锈钢铸锭凝固组织的影响.试验结果表明:443 超纯铁素体不锈钢凝固过程中先从液相中析出高温铁素体,随着温度降低析出TiN和NbC.钛含量越高凝固组织的等轴晶率越高、晶粒尺寸越小,在[Ti]为0.3%时,铸锭组织全部为等轴晶,等轴晶率为 100%,平均尺寸达到 0.56 mm,晶粒球化率为 0.85.
Abstract
The 443 ultrapure ferritic stainless steel ingots with different titanium contents were poured in a vacuum induc-tion furnace.Effects of different Ti alloying elements on solidification structure in 443 ultra purified ferritic stainless steel were investigated and analyzed.The results show that high-temperature ferrite is first precipitated from the liquid phase,and TiN and NbC are precipitated as the temperature decreases during the solidification process of 443 ultra pure ferritic stain-less steel.The higher the titanium content in 443,the higher the equiaxed grain rate and smaller the grain size of the solidi-fied structure.When[Ti]is 0.3%,the microstructure of the ingot is entirely equiaxed,with an equiaxed grain rate of 100%,an average size of 0.56 mm,and a grain spheroidization rate of 0.85.
