摘要
通过热力学计算软件Thermo-Calc 2023a、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)等进行第二相析出模拟和金相、性能检测分析:氮含量在 0.013%时,07Cr18Ni11Nb凝固时氮的析出相主要有Nb(CN)、(Cr∶Ni∶Si∶N)复合相和σ相.随着氮含量增加到 0.055%时,氮的析出相主要有Nb(CN)、(Cr∶Ni∶Si∶N)复合相,Z相也出现,晶粒有逐渐减小的趋势.室温 25℃和高温 600℃下屈服强度和抗拉强度都有所增加,但是屈服强度增加的幅度较抗拉强度多.
Abstract
Thermodynamic calculation software Thermo-Calc 2023a and field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)were used to simulate the second phase precipitation and detect and analyze the metallography and properties.When the nitrogen content is 0.013%,the nitrogen precipitated phases of 07Cr18Ni11Nb during solidification are mainly Nb(CN),(Cr∶Ni∶Si∶N)composite phase and σ phase.With the nitrogen content increasing to 0.055%,the precipita-ted nitrogen Nb(CN),(Cr∶Ni∶Si∶N)composite phase,Z phase also appeared,and the grain size gradually decreased.Both yield strength and tensile strength increase at room temperature 25℃and high temperature 600℃,but the yield strength increases more than the tensile strength.
