摘要
厚大铸钢件在铸造生产过程中极易出现各种影响铸件使用性能的缺陷,针对厚大铸钢件在生产过程中遇到的气孔缺陷进行分析,通过优化造型工艺、改进熔炼工艺可有效减少气孔发生,从而解决厚大铸钢件在生产过程中易出现气孔缺陷的问题,提高铸件的质量.
Abstract
In the process of casting and production,various defects affecting the performance of castings are easy to appear in thick and large steel castings.The porosity defects encountered in the production process of thick and large steel castings are analyzed,and the occurrence of porosity can be effectively reduced by optimizing the molding process and improving the melting process,so as to solve the problem of porosity defects in the production process of thick and large steel castings and improve the quality and mechanical properties of castings.
