某铁矿石成分复杂、嵌布粒度较细,比较难磨,开展选矿试验研究.试验结果表明,TFe品位 33.8%的铁块矿预选后的精矿产品经两段磨矿,精矿TFe品位为 61.6%,精矿产率为 34.13%,金属回收率为 62.13%,选矿比为2.93倍.进一步进行三段磨矿,精矿TFe品位为 64.32%,精矿产率为32.05%,金属回收率为60.92%,选矿比为3.12倍.相比两段磨矿的指标,精矿TFe品位指标超过C63 品级要求,精矿中有害杂质SiO2含量降低至 7%以下.
The composition of an iron ore is complicated,the distribution size is fine,and it is difficult to grind,so the be-neficiation experiment is carried out.The test results show that,For iron ore with 33.8%TFe grade,the concentrate prod-uct after one-preparation is grinding in two stages,the concentrate TFe grade is 61.6%,the fine mineral yield is 34.13%,the metal recovery is 62.13%,and the dressing ratio is 2.93.Further development of three-stage grinding,after grinding,the TFe grade of the concentrate is 64.32%,the fine mineral yield is 32.05%,the metal recovery is 60.92%,and the dressing ratio is 3.12.Compared with the two-stage grinding index,the concentrate TFe grade index exceeds the C63 grade require-ments,and the harmful impurity SiO2 content in the concentrate is reduced to less than 7%.
