摘要

针对国外某金银矿中黄铁矿含量高、铜锌品位低(Cu 0.11%、Zn 0.22%)、部分金以硫化矿粒间金及裂隙金赋存,银矿物种类多而杂的特点,采用"尼尔森重选-铜优先浮选-全硫混浮抛尾-全硫精矿细磨浸出-氰化尾渣选锌"的选冶联合新工艺,实现了该矿中金、银矿物的绿色分类快速提取和伴生低品位铜、锌矿物的高效综合回收.选冶全流程试验获得总回收率:Au 91.0%、Ag 77.3%、Cu 77.5%、Zn 63.2%,其中重选金银精矿含Au 41 523.71 g/t、Ag 13 763.36 g/t,铜精矿中含Au 400.8 g/t、Ag 5 429.00 g/t、Cu 21.19%,锌精矿中含Zn 35.14%,全硫混浮尾矿(抛废)产率为 74.6%.

Abstract

In view of the characteristics of high pyrite content,low grade of copper and zinc(Cu 0.11%,Zn 0.22%),par-tial gold in sulfide ore intergrain gold and fissure gold,and many species of silver ore in a foreign gold ore.The new com-bined technology of mineral processing and metallurgy,which is"nelson gravity separation-preferential flotation of copper-all sulfur mixed floating tail-fine grinding and leaching of all sulfur concentrate-zinc separation from cyanide slag",was been adopted.Rapid extraction of gold and silver minerals by green classification and efficient comprehensive recovery of as-sociated low-grade copper and zinc minerals were realized.The whole process test of mineral processing and metallurgy has obtained technical indicators.The total recovery rate is as follows:Au 91.0%,Ag 77.3%,Cu 77.5%,Zn 63.2%,gravity concentrate Au and Ag grade of 41 523.71 g/t,13 763.36 g/t,copper concentrate Au,Ag and Cu grade of 400.8 g/t,5 429.00 g/t,21.19%,zinc concentrate contains Zn grade of 35.33%,the yield of total sulfur mixed floating tailings was 74.6%.
