This paper summarizes the practical process of improving the quality and efficiency of four sintering machines and two shaft furnaces in the sintering process of Jiusteel,through optimizing and adjusting the batching structure,control-ling the air leakage in the sintering system,reforming the bellows insulation beam technology and applying a number of technological innovations,the on-stage output of sintering machines and shaft furnaces and the quality of finished products have been improved,and the purpose of continuously reducing cost and increasing efficiency in the sintering process has been achieved.
