唐钢新区从燃料系统、配料系统、混料系统、烧结冷却系统、成品系统等五个方面对 500 m2烧结机采用了新工艺及新技术,其中燃料预筛分技术可有效降低烧结机机头电场二次燃烧问题,提高对辊、四辊使用效率,提高设备寿命;新型移动卸矿车分料技术降低了卸料车故障率,节省了设备维护成本;烧结料面喷吹蒸汽技术、环冷机烟气零排放技术在节能减排提产增效上都起到了关键作用.该烧结机的设计水平及装备水平在钢铁企业处于领先地位,对大型烧结机工艺设计有一定的指导作用.
Tangshan Steel New District adopts new technology and technology for 500 m2 sintering machine from five as-pects,such as fuel system,batching system,mixing system,sintering cooling system and finished product system.Among them,fuel pre-screening technology can effectively reduce the problem of secondary combustion in the electric field of the sintering machine head,improve the use efficiency of roll and four rolls,and improve the equipment life.The new mobile unloading car material splitting technology reduces the failure rate of the unloading car and saves the equipment mainte-nance cost.The steam injection technology of sinter surface and the zero emission technology of flue gas of ring cooler play a key role in energy saving,emission reduction,production increase and efficiency increase.The design level and equip-ment level of the sintering machine are in a leading position in iron and steel enterprises,and it has a certain guiding role for the process design of large-scale sintering machines.
