摘要
为满足高炉智能化生产,山东钢铁集团日照有限公司两座 5 100 m3 高炉分别配置了一套高炉专家系统.为使高炉专家系统贴近生产,项目团队对专家系统各模型进行优化、参数调整,根据生产需求增加了铁钢包对接系统、矿平铺系统、热风炉寻优烧炉系统等,为高炉生产提供更多的技术支持.
Abstract
In order to meet the intelligent production of blast furnaces,two 5 100 m3 blast furnaces of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co.Ltd.were equipped with a set of blast furnace expert system.In order to make the blast furnace ex-pert system close to production,the project team optimized and adjusted the models of the expert system,and added the la-dle docking system,mine tiling system,hot blast furnace optimization furnace system,etc.,according to the production needs,to provide more technical support for the blast furnace production.
