薄板坯CSP中间包冲击区使用条件比较苛刻,长时间经受钢水冲刷,冲击区渣系比较复杂,为解决冲击存在钢水冲刷、侵蚀等问题,对中间包冲击区冲击板的材质、外观尺寸、安装砌筑方式等进行优化调整,为提高渣线的抗侵蚀性,通过引入超微粉、提高原料档次等方式,同时在冲击区渣线砌筑护板等方式,解决中间包冲击区薄弱环节,为提高中间包炼浇炉数提供可靠的保证,也杜绝了中间包冲击区漏钢的安全风险.
The use conditions of the impact zone of thin slab CSP tunware are harsh,which has been scoured by molten steel for a long time,and the slag system in the impact zone is relatively complex.In order to solve the problems such as scoured and eroded by molten steel in the impact zone,the material,appearance size and installation mode of the impact plate in the impact zone are optimized and adjusted.In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the slag line,ultrafine powder and raw material grade are introduced.At the same time,the weak link in the impact zone of tundish is solved by laying the protection plate on the slag line in the impact zone,which provides a reliable guarantee for increasing the number of pouring furnaces in the middle ladle,and also eliminates the safety risk of steel leakage in the impact zone of tundish.
