Due to the limited raw material conditions,Hansteel No.1 blast furnace adopts the central coke distribution sys-tem,and the material system has been adjusted three times.These adjustments have realized the adjustment of the gas flow in the furnace in a certain period of time,and achieved the purpose of stabilizing the furnace condition,increasing the out-put and reducing the fuel ratio.The results and problems in the process of three times adjustment of material system are ana-lyzed.In the adjustment of material system,the center should be adhered to,the edge management should be taken into ac-count,and the fine-tuning should be made on the basis of the standard material system combined with the actual furnace condition to achieve the purpose of high yield and low consumption.
