稳定炉温出铁是高炉顺行、低成本的基础,炉温趋势化管理有利于稳定炉温,保证炉缸活跃.四班操作稳定,均匀跑料稳定料批和煤气流,"平台+漏斗"的布料矩阵是靠漏斗的深度和平台的宽度调节中心和边缘两股煤气流,使煤气与矿石充分接触以提高煤气利用率.高炉休风要提前计算好焦炭负荷,合理的休风料对炉温的稳定起着重要的作用,能够避免炉温过热或过凉.采取多项措施使得澳矿配比稳定在 20%以上,可有效降低成本.
