摘要

汉钢 2#高炉原定 96h检修,因市场及环保原因超出计划时间复风而转为降料面停炉.本次操作实现了34h炉况恢复正常,79 h安全停炉.总结其主要操作经验,制定了科学的复风方案和停炉方案,利用铁口氧枪预埋技术快速加热炉缸,恢复过程快速加风引煤气改善炉缸透气性.通过合理的操作参数控制,快速高效的恢复炉况,同时衔接安全顺利的降料面停炉.

Abstract

The No.2 blast furnace of Hansteel was scheduled to be repaired for 96 h,but due to market and environmental reasons,it was changed to a downfeed level shutdown.In this operation,the furnace condition was restored to normal in 34h and the furnace was safely shut down in 79h.The main operation experience is summarized,and the scientific reheating scheme and shutdown scheme are formulated.The furnace cylinder is quickly heated by the technology of iron nozzle oxygen gun,and the gas is quickly added to improve the gas permeability of the furnace cylinder during the recovery process.Through the control of reasonable operating parameters,the furnace condition can be restored quickly and efficiently,and the furnace can be stopped safely and smoothly at the falling level.
