酒钢宏兴炼铁厂 5#高炉生产运行中发现部分冷却壁水温差偏高,对应水管流量未发生变化,高炉停炉后发现冷却壁水管完好.为节约高炉大修投资,缩短大修时间,制定了对冷却壁磨损母体裸露水管位置进行堆叠焊接填补修复的方法,修复后采用半干法喷涂,可有效保护冷却壁的预埋水管,延长冷却壁母体及水管使用寿命,保证高炉安全稳定运行.
During the operation of 5#blast furnace in Jiusteel Hongxing Ironmaking Plant,it was found that the water tem-perature difference of some cooling walls was high,and the corresponding water pipe flow did not change,and the cooling wall water pipes were found to be intact after the blast furnace was shut down.In order to save the investment of blast fur-nace overhaul and shorten the overhaul time,a method of stacked welding was developed to fill and repair the exposed water pipes of the wear mother of the cooling walls,and semi-dry spraying was adopted after repair.It can effectively protect the embedded water pipe of the cooling wall,extend the service life of the cooling wall parent and water pipe,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the blast furnace.
