摘要

炼铁厂 3#、5#高炉均进行了大修改造,双高炉将炉身角、炉腹角、高径比适当进行了缩小,高炉由"瘦高型"转变为"矮胖型",其中改造的参数除 5#高炉将风口个数由 16 个减少至 14 个外,其余参数均相同,但改造后,在后续生产实践中,双高炉表现不同.针对炉型变化后,双高炉的运行状况进行了对比分析.

Abstract

The 3#and 5#blast furnaces in the ironmaking plant were overhauled and renovated,and the double blast fur-naces reduced the body angle,the belly angle and the height-diameter ratio appropriately,and the blast furnaces changed from"lean and tall"to"squat".The parameters of the transformation were the same except that the number of tuyere in 5#blast furnace was reduced from 16 to 14.Double blast furnace performance is different,the operation conditions of the double blast furnace after the change of furnace type are compared and analyzed.
