铜渣金属化球团熔分试验研究

Experimental Study on Melting and Splitting of Metallized Pellets of Copper Slag

阐述了铜渣经煤基氢冶金回转窑还原成金属化球团后,在直接还原料、磨选铁精粉和铁精粉造球三种条件下进行熔分试验.对比三次熔分试验结果发现,煤基氢冶金回转窑还原成的金属化球团经破碎、磨粉、磁选为铁精粉后冷压造球再熔分,其冷压球强度和粒度适合熔分炉要求,极大减少了炉渣量,可持续进行熔分,从而提高了熔分效率.
After copper slag was reduced into metallized pellets by coal-based hydrogen metallurgy rotary kiln,the melting test was carried out under three conditions:direct return of raw material,grinding of iron concentrate powder and forming of iron concentrate powder into pellets.Compared with the results of three melting tests,it is found that the metallized pellets reduced by coal-based hydrogen metallurgy rotary kiln are crushed,pulverized and magnetically separated into iron fine powder and then cold pressed to form balls for remelting.The strength and particle size of the cold pressed balls are suitable for the requirements of melting furnace,which greatly reduces the amount of slag and can be melted continuously,thus im-proving the efficiency of melting.
