摘要

介绍了酒钢不锈钢分公司炼钢作业区脱磷站的设备及对脱磷站预脱硫工艺进行探究,通过实践得出脱磷站预脱硫关键控制要点.探究结果表明:通过对脱磷站预脱硫工艺的实施,保证了向AOD提供合格的低硫铁水的要求,在实践过程中表现了稳定的脱硫效果,脱硫效率达 80%以上,预脱硫后的铁水硫含量能达到 0.010%以下,脱磷站的预脱硫工艺过程安全可靠,处理过程无喷溅,且有较强的动力学条件.

Abstract

Introduced the equipment of dephosphorization station in the steelmaking area of Stainless Steel Branch of Ji-usteel,and probes into the pre-desulfurization process of dephosphorization station.The research results show that the pre-desulfurization process of dephosphorization station can ensure the requirement of providing qualified low-sulfur iron water to AOD,and the desulfurization effect is stable in practice,and the desulfurization rate is more than 80%,the sulfur content of molten iron after pre-desulfurization can reach less than 0.010%,the pre-desulphurization process of dephosphorization station is safe and reliable with no spatter and strong dynamic conditions.
