摘要

西北某公司铜系统生产的阴极铜物理外观品质一直存在板面结晶粗糙、结粒严重等问题.针对该问题多次技术攻关,虽然成品率有所提高,但均未彻底解决产品质量不稳定的问题.本试验研发铜电解液深度净化、固体杂质精密固液分离、添加剂组分及浓度优化的物理化学机理,解决了铜电解生产中质量不稳定问题.

Abstract

The physical appearance quality of cathode copper produced by a copper system of a company in Northwest Chi-na has been plagued by rough crystal surface and serious granulation.In response to this problem,many times the technical research,although the yield has been improved,but did not completely solve the problem of unstable product quality.In this experiment,the physical and chemical mechanism of copper electrolyte deep purification,precise solid-liquid separa-tion of solid impurities,additive composition and concentration optimization was developed to solve the problem of quality instability in copper electrolytic production.
