铅锌冶炼污酸废水生物制剂深度处理试验研究

Experimental Study on Advanced Treatment of Biological Agents in Acid Wastewater from Lead-Zinc Smelting

针对西北地区某铅锌冶炼企业污酸废水中部分重金属排放不能完全达标以及铊含量指标难以满足《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)及修改单中水污染物排放控制限值问题,采用传统硫化-中和沉淀法结合新型生物制剂对污水站污酸废水进行试验处理.试验结果表明:经过两段试验处理后,污酸废水中的Cd、Zn、As降到0.01 mg/L以下,Tl降到 0.005 mg/L以下,满足《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)及修改单中水污染物排放限值要求.
In view of the problem that the discharge of some heavy metals in the acid wastewater of a lead-zinc smelting en-terprise in Northwest China could not fully meet the standards and the thallium content index was difficult to meet the water pollutant discharge control limit in modification list of the"Lead and Zinc Industrial Pollutant Discharge Standard"(GB 25466-2010),the traditional sulfuration-neutralization precipitation method combined with new biological agents was used to test the sewage acid wastewater of the sewage station.The test results showed that after two stages of test treatment,the Cd,Zn and As in the sewage acid wastewater were reduced to less than 0.01 mg/L,and Tl was reduced to less than 0.005 mg/L,which met the requirements of the"Lead and Zinc Industrial Pollutant Discharge Standard"(GB 25466-2010)and the revised single water pollutant discharge limit.
