含磁黄铁矿型硫铁矿选矿技术研究

内蒙古某硫铁矿含硫23.66%、含铁32.26%,为了开发利用该矿产资源,对其进行原矿性质研究和选矿技术研究.原矿性质研究表明,该矿石主要金属矿物为黄铁矿,其次是磁黄铁矿和磁铁矿;脉石矿物主要为白云石和方解石.试验确定的原则工艺流程为"浮选-磁选"联合流程.当磨矿细度为65%-0.074 mm,硫酸铜用量为300 g/t,丁基黄药用量为230 g/t,2#油用量为60 g/t时,原矿经过一次粗选、一次扫选和两次精选产出硫精矿,闭路试验获得硫精矿中硫品位为43.42%,硫回收率为85.46%;在粗选磁场强度为1300 Oe、精选磁场强度为800 Oe条件下,进行一次粗选一次精选,最终获得铁精矿中铁品位为53.76%,铁回收率为17.55%的选矿指标.
Research on Mineral Processing Technology of Pyrite Containing Pyrrhotite
A pyrite mine in Inner Mongolia contains 23.66% sulfur and 32.26% iron. In order to develop and utilize this mineral resource,the properties of raw ore and beneficiation technology were studied. The study on the properties of the raw ore shows that the main metal mineral of the ore is pyrite,followed by pyrrhotite and magnetite;gangue minerals are main-ly dolomite and calcite. The test determines that the principle process flow is the"flotation-magnetic separation"combined process. When the grinding fineness is 65%-0.074 mm,the amount of copper sulfate is 300 g/t,the amount of butyl xan-thate is 230 g/t,and the amount of 2# oil is 60 g/t,the raw ore is subjected to one roughing,one scavenging,and two cleanings to produce a sulfur concentrate. The closed-circuit test obtained a sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade of 43.42% and a sulfur recovery rate of 85.46%. Under the condition that the magnetic field intensity of roughing is 1300 Oe and the magnetic field intensity of cleaning is 800 Oe,one roughing and one cleaning are carried out. Finally,the beneficiation in-dex of iron concentrate with iron grade of 53.76% and iron recovery of 17.55% is obtained.
