摘要

采用层压破碎,预选抛尾,球磨、塔磨+助磨、艾萨磨、分散-絮凝的阶段磨矿阶段磁选工艺,在磨矿细度-8μm85%的条件下,超微细嵌布黄沙泉铁矿可获得精矿Fe品位62.83%,SiO2含量7.95%,TFe回收率63.69%,MFe回收率94.78%的较好指标.层压破碎后相对可磨度显著提高,复配助磨剂用量1 kg/t时助磨效果至少可达10%.

Abstract

Adopting lamination crushing,pre-selection tail,ball milling,tower miling and aid-grinding,ISA milling,dis-persion flocculation stage grinding and stage magnetic separation process,under the conditions of grinding fineness of-8 μm about 85%,micrograined huangshaquan iron ore can get better index of concentrate grade 62.83%,SiO25.21%,TFe recovery 65.70%,MFe recovery 94.78%. Significant improvement in relative grindability after laminated crushing,when the dosage of composite grinding aids is 1 kg/t,the grinding effect can reach at least 10%.
