Experimental Study on Metal Recovery of Mixed Stainless Steel Slag of Jiusteel
Jiusteel mainly produces 300 series austenitic stainless steel and 400 series ferritic stainless steel. The various steel slag produced in the smelting process is mixed and hot-poured together,and after initial treatment,it is concentrated and stored in piles. In this paper,the mixed stainless steel slag is subjected to dry sorting and tailings removal,followed by fine grinding. The dry-sorted concentrate is then subjected to dry sorting magnetic separation,dry sorting gravity separation,and other forms of process optimization. After the industrial wet gravity separation process verification,this can improve the metal recovery rate and achieve effective utilization of resources.
