柱机联合工艺处理粗粒度铜钼矿试验及工业应用

某铜钼矿磨矿细度较粗,应用柱机联合工艺,采用两次粗选(一粗浮选柱、二粗浮选机)、一次精选(浮选柱)、一次扫选(浮选机)流程,最终得到Cu品位17.24%、Mo品位3.18%的铜钼混合精矿,Cu、Mo回收率分别为92.71%和85.96%.在现场实际应用中,相对前期单一浮选机工艺而言,改造后采用柱机联合工艺Cu、Mo回收率分别提高0.99%和3.52%,且利用浮选柱高富集比原理,将精选次数由原来的两次精选缩短为一次精选,简化了现场工艺流程.
Test of Treating Coarseness Copper-Molybdenum Ore by Column-Cell Integration Process and Industrial Applications
The grinding fineness of a copper and molybdenum ore is coarse,and the combined process of column machine is applied. The process of two rough separation ( one rough flotation column,two rough flotation separator),one purification ( flotation column) and one sweep separation ( flotation machine) are adopted. Finally,the Cu and molybdenum mixed con-centrate with Cu grade of 17.24% and Mo grade of 3.18% is obtained. The recoveries of Cu and Mo were 92.71% and 85.96%,respectively. In the field application,compared with the previous single flotation machine process,the Cu and Mo recovery rates increased by 0.99% and 3.52%,respectively,and the flotation column high enrichment ratio principle was used to shorten the selection times from the original two selections to one selection,simplifying the field process.
